The entire venue has central air and heat. In addition, the main hall has
2- 10 ft ceiling fans to ensure great air circulation.
We set up the morning of the event in accordance to the designated floor plan; however, we realize there could be last minute changes. You will have access to the storage spaces for additional items to remedy any changes.
We have 25 - 6 ft round tables, 9 - 8 ft banquet tables and chairs to accommodate up to 250 guests both inside and outside.
A warming kitchen is available, however no food should be prepared at the venue. There is an oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, and freezer available for the caterers use.
We will construct the floor plan with you including placement of any additional tables (gifts, memorial, hors d'oeuvres) depending on your events needs.
Candles are allowed inside and outside the venue. However, there can not be any open flame. All candles must be enclosed with the top of the flame meeting the top of the vase, lantern, jar that it is encased in.
Yes, if approved by the owner prior to the renters event.
Yes, a contract must be signed in order to secure the date of your event.
